Looking to sell or step back from your business?
GRF Inc Acquisitions identifies, evaluates and leads acquisitions of established UK businesses. Where appropriate, acquisitions are completed alongside carefully selected investment partners and funding sources.

A personal approach to business acquisitions.
Steve Griffith is the Founder of GRF Inc Acquisitions. His career has been built on developing trusted relationships, managing complex projects and working closely with business owners, investors and professional advisers.
Steve began his career delivering major projects in IT security and financial services, before establishing SG Introducer Limited and building an international network of investors and business partners.
Years spent working alongside entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, family offices and investment partners have given him extensive experience in identifying opportunities, building long-term relationships and supporting successful transactions.
Today, Steve works directly with owners of established UK businesses who are considering succession, retirement or a sale, leading acquisitions alongside carefully selected investment partners through dedicated acquisition SPVs where appropriate.

A clear, staged process.
- Step 1
Submit your enquiry.
- Step 2
We review your information.
- Step 3
If there appears to be a potential fit, we arrange a confidential introductory call.
- Step 4
If both parties wish to continue, we move to the next stage. This typically includes a Mutual NDA, a more detailed review of the business, an introductory meeting, and, where appropriate, discussion of headline terms or an initial indication of interest.
We understand that confidentiality is critical during any potential business sale. Information shared with us is treated in confidence and is only reviewed by the acquisition team.
Where appropriate, a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available before detailed financial or commercial information is exchanged.
We aim to acknowledge all genuine acquisition enquiries within two business days. If your opportunity appears to fit our acquisition criteria, we will contact you to arrange an initial confidential discussion.
